Bluetooth, a two-way permission-based messaging service, is an innovative form of advertising that allows a transfer of data via Bluetooth (TM) technology. Bluetooth enables clients to send/receive information to mobile phones, PDAs and laptops targeted to ranges up to 650 feet.
